Mityana Junior School Staff Latrine

Update from Fred is that the staff latrines at Mityana Junior School have been repainted and look much better as can be seen in his latest photos!
As a reminder, Mityana Junior School is linked with Whitchurch. It is 2 kms from Mityana Town on a hill (and village) called Namokosi, and has around 400 pupils.
