Greetings from Bulera Primary School!
God has kept us safely.
There is no single moment in life that passes without my heart recalling the support you have given my school. You have made my teaching career enjoyable.
The latrine project was done and we have not yet done our part as a school. I promise that immediately schools re-open it is the first item on our work plan. We will ask parents to contribute in some way.
How are our friends of St Thomas and Woolton Hill (Bulera’s link schools)? We love them so much.
We have been in a very long lock down. We have employed a lot of professional skills to manage children of different learning categories. We started orientation training to help teachers manage the learning gaps and lost learning.
The School Management Committee has agreed to work on the projects that have been set up when the school opens.
We pray that the Almighty God gives you all a good life with all those people you work with to make our school shine. We are proud of you for being our great friends and when the District Education Officer visited my school she praised the work done by our friends in the UK for my school. Thanks for all you do for us.
We want to give thanks for Fred, our project manager. He is very committed because all people were scared about the pandemic for him, he was trying to see that things were moving on. He was communicating almost daily checking on how we were. He has been there for us with all the projects. He is a person who doesn’t give up when it comes to school projects. You made a right or proper choice.
Have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
Mariam (head teacher)
