COVID-19 Food appeal – interim progress

Thanks to the generosity of the many donors that reached out to support our COVID-19 Food Appeal, we have started the process of feeding some 1,000 people during the worst of the lockdown in Mityana. We share some pictures from the first group of families that we have been able to support.
Our first delivery with the bishop
Some of the beneficiaries of food distributed on Saturday 23 May to Mityana Diocese in BUSIMBI Archdeaconry, with Cathedral, Deanery and Diocesan Office staff. In this first distribution we were able to give out 560kgs.
